We booked the unit for Easter weekend, we had a great time, there were a couple of inconveniences, the grill did not work, we contacted the “on-call” number, left a message, eventually got through to someone that said they would get someone to check it out, no one showed up, luckily we found a grill that is in the common area of the complex, used that. I tried to make a report on a toilet leaking water from the base of it every time it’s flushed, also a leg of the dining table is loose and it comes off. We will stay there again but will do a thorough walk through on arrival to make sure everything works perfectly. The staff at check was very helpful in getting me checked in as I had not received the rental agreement to get the lock code to go into the unit. Overall the unit is clean and well stocked so that you don’t need to bring anything but your personal items.
Overall this place was okay. It’s 4 floors and that was unexpected, lots of climbing up and down and my in laws are older so it was hard for them and I don’t think I would’ve booked it knowing that. The heat wasn’t kicking on and it’s late November so the bottom floor rooms were CHILLY. I slept in a hoodie and sweats because the bedspreads were SUPER thin. It was clean though and a nice view.
