Overall it was great my family enjoyed it very much we had some issues with the heater but management was able to fix it fast very comfortable place to stay

Beautifully furnished & very clean, but not well maintained. Countless lightbulbs burned out, loose fixtures, broken pool table, leaky propane valve on grill... No hand soap, shampoo, or conditioner in bathrooms. Disappointing for the price. Manager was responsive and helpful when we left a bag behind after checkout.

The place itself was great! Spacious with with nice amenities to get entertained. We liked the location, and downtown was very close by. However, when we got there to check out the place, there were so many things that we did not like; it was not clean at all! The towels stink, the bathrooms were not clean, and the showers had hairs. The kitchen was not very clean, especially the stove. The family area rugs were stain and dirty. The AC at the family area wasn't working, so we contacted them and every time we contacted them they would literally just leave us under Read, but nothing else not even a “let us go check it out” especially with the not-working AC. The outside area where the grill was also wasn’t clean. In general this place would be so much better if they really would CLEAN it the right way, specially if they charge cleaning fee.

I enjoyed my stay here and am deeply grateful to the hosts for accommodating my group of 9 on short notice. The house is quaint and clean. We never had an issue with noise from other houses nearby or issues with parking. Bathrooms and ample seating on each floor made the split level set up practical.

The house was very nice and big we enjoyed that . The beds were terrible. They need to be changed both king size beds. We had to use pillows to fill in the holes in the bed so we could sleep. I did call about them but was told y’all need to contact the owner for the mattress to be replace. The beds were really to worse part and the downstairs bedroom was freezing it didn’t have a vent to warm it. But other than that it was very nice .

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove top range, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. The gas log fireplace in the living room adds to the Ruidoso experience as well as two decks with grill and outdoor seating for those cool evenings to relax with coffee or cocktails under the gaze of Sierra Blanca.   The beautiful game room is equipped with a pool table, and a great TV for watching movies or the big game.   Horsin` Around is conveniently located near mid-town Ruidoso shopping, 15 minutes from the casino, and 10 minutes from Winter Park and Ski Apache turn-off. Several golf courses are in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, go karts and putt putt golf.o bottom, you will certainly On-site swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends.
