The updated kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove top range, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. The wood burning fireplace in the living room adds to the Ruidoso experience as well as the deck with grill and outdoor seating for those cool evenings to relax and enjoy cooking, taking in the night sky, or to enjoy your morning coffee and the amazing view of the mountains.  The condo also has zoned air-conditioning for the main living area and bedrooms, so everyone can control their own environment! Elk Run is conveniently located minutes from mid-town Ruidoso shopping, and only 10-15 minutes from casinos, golfing, horseback riding, and the turn off to Ski Apache and Winter Park. On-site swimming pool open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Office hours M-F, 8am - 5pm. On call after hours. Check in times are after 3:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m.
