A Little R & R (A-2) is a cute two story condo that sleeps six .The bottom floor has the two bedrooms. first room  has a  king size bed the second one is a queen size bed . one full bathroom with towels and toiletries .The upstairs has a wide open living room area with plenty of room to walk around plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa .Kitchen and table with a bar for more seating and a sleeper sofa. This is were the half bath is located at. 
 
A Little R & R is conveniently located minutes from downtown Ruidoso shopping, 15 minutes from the casino, and 18 miles from Ski Apache. Several golf courses are in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, swimming, go karts and putt putt golf ,hiking and biking, We have horseback riding ,canoeing,disc golf tennis.and rock climbing. Parks for the little one's to play and also a pet friendly park for your furry pets.

Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove, microwave,refrigerator,coffee maker pots and pans ,utensils, baking dishes. Cable tv with WiFi (password is in the binder on top of the kitchen counter) .A washer and dryer are in your unit for your  convenience . A beautiful view from top deck looking out toward the mountains. where a  gas grill is provided for you and guests. as well as patio set where you can relax and enjoy  the surrounding of the amazing mountains. There is a wood burning fireplace for you and the family to gather around and enjoy each other company.
