The fireplace did not work. I messaged, text messaged, and called about the heating and fireplace. This was in January so it was cold. I received no response. It was not until I sent an email from my law office that I recieved a response. Still, they never addressed the non-working fireplace and simply ignored my messages. The renters next door had a dog that barked all day and night. I messaged the lodging company about it and they also ignored and did not respond. Horrible stay. Do not recommend. Not worth the money. Feel cheated."
