The kitchen is fully outfitted with oven and stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas grill (on back deck), 12 cup coffee maker AND Keurig, (bring your favorite k-cups!), as well as plenty of space, and most of the kitchen equipment you'll need to prepare an elaborate meal for your guests.  Maybe dine al fresco on the expansive back deck.

The gas-log fireplace in the living room creates the perfect ambience for movie or game night with your whole crew.  Or, snuggle up on the queen sleeper sofa in the sun room and watch the snow fly. Wake up, or wind down, in the 6 person hot tub, or choose from front or back decks for coffee or cocktails.ot quite tired from the day’s activities? Catch a round of air hockey or foosball, giant checkers, ping pong, board games and more in the garage! The fenced in yard is perfect for your furry friends. This home is pet friendly with advance notice and a reasonable pet fee and security deposit. 

Wide doorways, step free entry, and a no-step shower make this beautiful home easy-peasy access for everyone, and has everything you need except food and good company.

The huge master suite is a perfect place to hide away, with a lovely sitting area, or a  jacuzzi tub, to enjoy a couple of chapters of your book. This master suite also has its own back deck access if you want to take advantage of some mountain-top stargazing, or pop out to the hot tub.

It's only about 5 or 6 minutes to Mid-town, where you will find some great boutique shopping and a few of our best bites to eat. If you prefer to spend your time exploring, there are hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails all around, as well as golf, casinos, horse racing, disc golf, and off-roading trails that will show you some spectacular territory.

During ski season, about a 12-15 minute drive will get you to Ski Run Rd. Once there, it is a gorgeous 12 mile trek up to Ski Apache, for the best skiing this side of Colorado. The views from the top are absolutely breathtaking. Not so much the skiing or snowboarding type? Ski Apache offers the Wind Rider Zip Tour - at over 11,000 feet elevation and over 8,900 feet long, it is one of the highest and longest ziplines in the world. With parallel lines, you can all line up and go two by two! That's a worthy bucket list item, for sure!

In under 10 minutes you could be trying your luck at the casino at Inn of the Mountain Gods, or just stop by to see the entertainment options for that night. There are plenty of golfing options, or you could take the young people down to FunTrackers, or to the new Adventure Mountain Family fun center.
